Welcome to Apnaa Coaching ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to our users. The types of data we collect include:

• Authentication Data: When you sign in via Google, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture URL to create your student profile.
• Profile Information: Optional details like Date of Birth, Gender, City, and State provided by you in the app settings.
• Transaction & Reward Data: Your quiz scores, CBT results, and Coin Wallet history (credits/debits) to track your progress and rewards.
• Device & Log Information: We collect Device IDs (Android ID), OS version, and crash reports. This is used strictly for security (preventing account sharing) and app stability.
• Push Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) which requires collecting a unique Device Token to send you important updates and test alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To manage your educational account and track your performance.
• To maintain your Coin Wallet and reward you for playing the Abc Quiz.
• To prevent fraudulent activities and multiple-device logins.
• To send important push notifications about new Mock Tests or updates.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services: For core app functionality.
• Google Sign-In: For secure account authentication.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): For sending push notifications.

4. Data Deletion & Account Closure

In compliance with Google Play's data safety requirements, we provide a transparent way to manage your data:

• Direct Deletion: You can delete your entire account and all associated data by going to Account > Delete Account within the app.
• What is removed: Upon deletion, your Name, Email, Profile Picture, Coin History, and Quiz Results are permanently erased from our database.
• Manual Request: You can also email us at care@apnaacoaching.in to request data deletion.

5. Data Security

We use SSL encryption and secure servers to protect your data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
